Nexora

Terms of use

The terms for using the Nexora app, Nexora Pro, Nexora's add-on lists and this website.

Effective 10 October 202620 sections

Effective 10 October 2026. It is the text the Nexora app opens.

1.A player, not a provider

Nexora is a player. Apart from Nexora Public Domain — Nexora's own add-on of public-domain and openly licensed films, streamed from the Internet Archive — it supplies no content: it does not provide, host or sell channels, films, series, streams, torrents or subscriptions, and it has no built-in search for them. It plays only the sources and add-ons you add, and the suggestions it shows come only from them.

2.Who can use Nexora

Nexora is meant for adults. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use it or to buy Nexora Pro.

3.Your sources, your responsibility

You are responsible for the sources, add-ons, links and torrents you add, for having the right to watch, download or share what they offer, and for using them lawfully where you live. Nexora does not monitor what you watch. If someone makes a claim against Nexora's developer because you broke these terms or the law when adding or using content, sources, add-ons, links or torrents, you agree to cover the developer's reasonable costs of that claim, but only as far as the law where you live allows, and not to the extent the developer caused the problem. This never limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

4.Peer-to-peer and downloads

Peer-to-peer is off until you turn it on, and Nexora shows a notice the first time. Peer-to-peer playback downloads pieces of a video from other people and shares the pieces you have with them; the other people in the swarm and the trackers can see your network address. A download keeps a copy of a torrent on your device and shares pieces with others while it downloads. Use peer-to-peer and downloads only for content you have the right to download, keep and share, and only where the law where you live lets you use them. Nexora provides no torrents or magnet links and has no search for them. Nexora's Community list is built to leave out add-ons that provide torrent or P2P streams, but an add-on can change after it was last checked, and an add-on you add yourself can hand Nexora a torrent: what you open is your choice and your responsibility. You can stop sharing from the notification and turn peer-to-peer off in Settings at any time. Nexora may limit or switch off peer-to-peer for a country, a version or the whole app if it needs to follow a law, a court order or a store rule.

5.Sources

The playlists, guides, servers and other sources you add are run by others. Nexora does not control what they offer and is not responsible for it. Add-ons are covered under “Third-party add-ons” below.

6.Free and Nexora Pro

Adding sources, browsing, search within a source, favourites, the programme guide, Sync now and settings have no limit. Without Pro, Nexora also includes a daily viewing allowance, shown in the app: today, one film or episode (it counts after 5 minutes of playback) and 60 minutes of live TV each day, starting again at midnight on your device. A film or episode that is playing when the allowance runs out finishes; live TV stops when its minutes are used. Nexora Pro adds unlimited viewing, playing in the video app you choose with “Play with” (without Pro, live TV, torrents and media-server streams play in Nexora, and a film or episode played in another app counts toward the allowance), one search across all your sources and add-on catalogs, custom groups, automatic phone–TV sync and pairing with more than one TV. Nexora Pro does not include any channels, content or provider subscriptions.

7.Buying Nexora Pro

Nexora Pro is sold through Google Play as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase, at the price Google Play shows you before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play; cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. If Google Play offers you a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Lifetime is paid once and never renews. Pro belongs to the Google account that bought it: use Restore purchases on a device signed in to that account. A purchase that is refunded or revoked ends Pro. Google Play's terms apply to payment, cancellation and refunds, and nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.

8.Third-party add-ons

Add-ons marked Third-party are made by other people. Nexora does not create, host, review, control or endorse them or their content and is not responsible for them. You install and use them at your own risk and must make sure your use is legal where you live.

Add-ons, Official and Third-party, are lists and web addresses that Nexora reads, not apps: Nexora does not download or run code from an add-on, and it never installs other apps on your phone or TV.

9.Notices about add-ons

If you believe an add-on in Nexora's add-on lists infringes your rights, send a notice as described on the “Report an add-on” page of Nexora's website, or report the add-on from the app. Nexora may turn an add-on off for everyone after a notice; this describes Nexora's own action, not an assessment of the add-on.

10.Nexora's add-on lists and submissions

Nexora's Community list is a list of add-on addresses, built by automated checks of public add-on registries and of each add-on's own description. A list entry is not a statement about the add-on, and an add-on's absence from the list says nothing about it either. Add-ons can change what they offer after Nexora last checked them, and Nexora does not promise that its lists are complete, current or free of errors. Nexora may add, change or remove any entry, or turn an add-on off for everyone, at any time and for any reason, including after a notice (section 9), after more than one notice about the same add-on, or because a submission or a reply to a notice contained false information.

If you ask Nexora to list an add-on, you confirm that you are its developer or act with the developer's authority, that what you send is accurate, and that, as far as you know, the add-on and the content it points to do not infringe anyone's rights. You allow Nexora to publish the add-on's name, description, version and public address in its lists and on its website. Nexora does not have to list an add-on, and a listed add-on must answer Nexora's checks the same way it answers people using Nexora. Nexora does not pay for, own or take responsibility for an add-on it lists.

11.Using Nexora fairly

Do not use Nexora to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights, to get around a service's payment, subscription, region or access restrictions, to attack or overload a service or network, or to break the law where you live. Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer Nexora's software or add-ons, or remove notices from them, except as the law lets you. Nexora Pro does not include any channels, content or provider subscriptions: you need your own access to what you play.

12.Services Nexora does not run, and changes

Nexora relies on services it does not run, such as Google Play, Google Firebase, GitHub, the Internet Archive and the add-ons, playlists and servers you add. Nexora is not responsible for them or for their being slow, changed or unavailable. For each film, Nexora Public Domain shows the basis on which Nexora lists it as public domain or openly licensed; copyright can differ by country, so check the law where you live and tell Nexora if you think a film is wrongly listed. Nexora may change, suspend or end any feature, list, Official add-on or the Free allowance (section 6), with or without notice, and will give notice where the law requires it.

13.Your phone, TV and network

Pairing and sync work between your own devices on your own network. You are responsible for who can use your network and devices: for example, use the TV's “Back up or restore in a browser” page, which is not encrypted, only on a network you trust.

14.Nexora's name and software

The Nexora name, logo and app design belong to Nexora's developer. Nexora includes open-source software, used under the licences listed in the app under About → Open-source licences. These terms do not give you any other rights to Nexora's name, logo or software.

15.No warranty

Nexora is provided as is, without warranties, as far as the law allows. Nexora does not promise that Nexora, any list, add-on or source is complete, current, accurate or uninterrupted. Some guarantees cannot be excluded: for example, under the Australian Consumer Law, Nexora Pro comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and consumer law in your country may give you similar rights. These terms do not limit them.

16.Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, Nexora's developer is not liable for loss or damage caused by sources, add-ons (whether or not they appear in Nexora's lists), links, torrents or content you add, by other people in a peer-to-peer swarm, by a list or add-on being unavailable or changed, or by services Nexora does not run, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Otherwise the developer's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Nexora Pro in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and does not limit your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

17.Ending your use

You can stop using Nexora at any time by removing the app. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play. Nexora may suspend or end your use of Nexora Pro features, or of the app, if you break these terms or the law, as far as the law where you live allows. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as your responsibility for what you add, the limits on liability and the governing law, continue after you stop using Nexora.

18.Changes

Nexora may update these terms. Changes are published on this page with a new date; the app's Terms of use links always open this page, so it is the current text.

19.General

These terms are the whole agreement between you and Nexora's developer about Nexora. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term straight away does not give it up. Nexora's developer may transfer its rights and duties under these terms to a successor of Nexora; you may not transfer yours. Headings are for convenience only. Notices to you may be given on Nexora's website or in the app.

20.Contact and governing law

Nexora's developer can be reached at greate43.sk.dev@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live (for example the Australian Consumer Law, or consumer law in the European Union or the United Kingdom); where those laws allow it, you may also bring a claim in the courts of your own country.

Questions about these terms: greate43.sk.dev@gmail.com or the Support page.
