Who this is for
You make an add-on: a public web address that serves a manifest.json. You would like people using Nexora
to find it in Add → Add-ons. Listing is optional and free. Any add-on can already be installed by its
link, and being on the list says nothing about an add-on (see Community list).
What the list covers
- Add-ons that provide catalogs, metadata, subtitles and direct streams, served over https.
- Not part of the list: add-ons that provide torrent or P2P streams, and add-ons that, in their own words, play a Google service's videos or are tools for debrid accounts. These can still be added by link.
- The manifest must be reachable without signing in, at an address with no password or key in it. An address with a configuration part (settings or keys in the path) is never fetched, listed or logged.
How to ask
- Open your add-on's manifest address in a browser. It should load and show your add-on's name, description and version.
- E-mail the address with the button below, or write to greate43.sk.dev@gmail.com or the Support page. Send the public address only, never a link that holds your own settings, keys or passwords.
- Say that you are the developer or act with the developer's authority, that the information is accurate and that, as far as you know, the add-on and what it points to do not infringe anyone's rights. This is what section 10 of the Terms of use asks of a submission.
If your add-on is already in a public community add-on registry, Nexora's list builder reads those registries too, so it can be picked up without writing to us.
What happens next
Nexora puts the address through the same automated checks as every other entry (below) the next time it rebuilds the list. Nexora does not promise to list an add-on or to answer every message, and may decline or remove an entry at any time. If an add-on is listed, the list shows its name, description, version and public address, as your add-on's manifest gives them. Nexora handles what you send as its privacy policy describes.
What the checks look at
- The add-on's own live manifest must load. One that does not load is left out and tried again on the next run.
- The developer's own words (name, description, catalog names) are read for torrent, magnet or P2P content.
- For an add-on with streams, Nexora reads its stream lists for a few public-domain titles; a torrent, magnet or info-hash answer leaves it out, and so does an add-on whose stream answers cannot be read.
- An add-on removed after a notice stays out. See Report an add-on.
The checks are a snapshot of what an add-on answered when Nexora looked. An add-on can change afterwards, and the answers to the titles Nexora asks about do not describe every title. Your add-on must answer Nexora's checks the same way it answers people using Nexora.
Keeping your listing
You do not need to write again when your add-on's version, name or description changes: the next rebuild reads them from your manifest. If your add-on stops loading it drops off the list on the next rebuild and can come back once it loads again. If it is turned off after a notice and you think that was a mistake, see Report an add-on, "If your add-on was turned off".
