Report an add-on
How to send Nexora a notice about a third-party add-on that appears in Nexora's Community list or can be installed in Nexora.
What Nexora can do
Third-party add-ons are made and run by other people; Nexora does not host them or their content. After a notice, Nexora can take an add-on out of its Community list and add it to the list of add-ons Nexora turned off, where it reads "Turned off by Nexora after a notice received on <date>". The app then turns that add-on off on devices that have it. To have content itself removed, contact the add-on's developer or the site that hosts the content.
From the app
Open the add-on in Add → Add-ons and choose Report this add-on. Nexora fills in the add-on's name, id, address (host only) and version and opens your share sheet. Nothing is sent automatically.
By message
Send it to greate43.sk.dev@gmail.com or the Support page with:
- the add-on's name, and its link or the host of its address;
- what the notice is about, and the content or links concerned;
- your name and how to reach you, and, for a copyright notice, the work and your authority to act for its owner.
Please also confirm that you honestly believe the use is not authorised, that the information in your notice is accurate, and (for a copyright notice) that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner, and sign with your full name. Nexora may forward the notice, without your e-mail address unless you agree, to the add-on's developer. Nexora handles notice data as its privacy policy describes.
If your add-on was turned off
If an add-on of yours was turned off after a notice and you believe that was a mistake, write to greate43.sk.dev@gmail.com or the Support page with the add-on's id, the notice date shown on the list of add-ons Nexora turned off, your explanation, and your name and how to reach you. Please also confirm that you honestly believe the add-on was turned off by mistake or because it was misidentified, and that the information in your reply is accurate, and sign with your full name. Nexora may share your reply with the person who sent the notice.
Please do not include passwords, account tokens or personal information you do not need to send.
Add-on links often contain the sender's own settings; send the host (for example addon.example.com)
when you can.
