SubTrack Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how you may use SubTrack. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and understand its limits.
Using SubTrack
SubTrack helps you manually track subscriptions, prices, billing cycles, renewal dates, categories, payment mode, cancellation links, custom logos, reminders, and spending insights.
SubTrack is an information and organization tool only. It does not connect to bank accounts, monitor transactions, make payments, cancel subscriptions for you, or guarantee that a saved cancellation link is current.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the subscription details, renewal dates, prices, categories, notes, custom logos, and links you save in the app.
Before cancelling, renewing, changing, or relying on information about a subscription, confirm the details directly with the relevant provider.
Local data, backup, and import
SubTrack stores subscription records, preferences, custom categories, reminder settings, premium entitlement state, and copied custom logos on your device using local app storage.
- Export files are created only when you choose to export JSON or CSV data.
- Spending report PDF files are created only when you choose to generate a report.
- Importing a backup can replace existing subscription data after you confirm the import.
- Deleting the app, clearing app data, replacing data through import, or deleting subscriptions in the app may remove local data.
Notifications
If you enable renewal reminders and grant notification permission when Android requires it, SubTrack may schedule local reminder notifications based on the subscriptions and reminder timing you configure.
Reminder notifications are best-effort and may be affected by device settings, battery optimization, operating system behavior, or permission changes.
Premium features and Google Play Billing
SubTrack may offer premium features through Google Play Billing. The free plan may limit the number of saved subscriptions; premium removes that limit while the app recognizes an active entitlement.
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods are handled by Google Play under Google's applicable terms and policies. Manage subscription billing through Google Play.
Age and parental approval
In regions where app store age or parental-approval laws apply, SubTrack may use Google Play Age Signals to determine whether access is allowed for the current Google Play user.
If Google Play reports that parent or guardian approval is denied, SubTrack may restrict app access until approval is granted through Google Play.
External links and third-party services
SubTrack may open external websites when you choose to open a cancellation link, a privacy link, Google Play subscription management, or another web link.
External websites and services are controlled by their own providers. SubTrack is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, prices, cancellation flows, or terms.
App updates
SubTrack uses Google Play's in-app update feature to offer new versions. Some updates may be optional, and some updates may be required before you can continue using the app.
To decide which updates to offer, the app may download a small configuration file from the developer's website. This check uses your internet connection and does not send your subscription data. Downloads and installs are handled by Google Play.
No professional advice
Spending totals, projections, renewal counts, and reports are estimates based on the information you enter. They are not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse SubTrack, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass premium entitlement checks, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when SubTrack changes. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
